Full Wedding Package
Initial planning meeting to assess wedding vision, design, budget and logistical details
• Establishment of priorities to develop planning flow and overall budget
• Budget management throughout the planning process
• All inclusive wedding planning dashboard software including timelines, checklist, vendor management tools, budget and invoice management, guest list tool, floor plan creator, design studio and wedding website
• Creation of design scheme and sourcing of vendors for desired rentals and décor needed to complete the desired look. Vendor negotiations, recommendations, booking and management for the entire planning process
• Sourcing and management of all vendors needed from date of contract to wedding date, including catering, entertainment, beauty, photo/video, catering extras, cake, transportation, furniture and décor rentals, etc.
• Attendance for all vendor meetings
• Access to planner subscriptions and discounts for Hob Nob, Minted and other partner vendors. Planner discount will be applied to all applicable invoices ranging from 5% to 35%
• Review and management of all contracts related to wedding day
• Assistance in creation of, ordering and sending of save-the-dates, wedding invitations and any other stationary desired
• Management of guests RSVP's, meal selections and special requests
• Seating chart, guest meal selections and guest dietary selection management
• Packing, prepping and delivery of welcome bags and other guest swag
• Management of hotel blocks and guest accommodations
• Ceremony and reception space guidance and assistance, booking and management for the entire planning process
• Ceremony rehearsal planning and attendance
• Marriage License guidance
• Unlimited access via email and phone for general advice and guidance
• Monthly Planning meetings
• All Day of Management duties as outlined

Partial Planning
• Initial planning meeting to assess wedding planning status, budget and logistical details upon signing
• Establishment of priorities to develop planning flow from start date and guide bride and groom on to-do's upon signing
• Review and management of all contracts related to wedding day
• General advice and consultation starting 3 months prior to wedding date from the hours of 10am to 6pm
• Management of all wedding details starting 3 months prior to wedding date
• All inclusive wedding planning dashboard software including timelines, checklist, vendor management tools, budget and invoice management, guest list tool, floor plan creator, design studio and wedding website
• Attendance for vendor meetings
• Management of guests RSVP's, meal selections and special requests
• Seating chart, guest meal selections and guest dietary selection management

Month of Coordinating
Our Month of Coordination package starts 4 weeks before the wedding day and includes the following services:
• Initial thorough planning meeting will be held 4 weeks prior to event date
• Virtual Planning software onboarding at time of contract signing to keep planning on track with planning checklist for the entire planning process
• 10 hours of planner consulting time throughout the planning timeline prior to the month of for additional support in decision making, contract advice, etc.
• Communication with contracted vendors to guide them on load-in/load-out details, final timeline and any changes Management of ceremony rehearsal
•Coordination of final vendor walk-through
•Assistance with placing small décor items for guest table, sweets, favors, etc.
• Management of final guest count to all vendors including catering, rental and venue. Confirmation of quantities needed for guest seating and meal selections
• Assistant with seating chart and escort cards or signage
• Day of Management included as outlined in the Day of Management description
